Registration Forms 
Children can be registered for each event beforehand by printing off the application form on this page - or you can arrive early at the events (we suggest 5:30pm-5:55pm) to register at the event itself.
What to do next...
1. Download the form
2. Print it out
3. Fill the form in - don't forget to add a friend's name if you want to be in the same group!
4. Get a grown-up to sign it.
5. Send it back to us at:

6. Now just turn up at X:site, sign-in with your £2 and have LOADS of fun!

At X:site we want to include EVERYONE. If you are a parent with a child who has special needs, we would love to see them at the events! We would only ask that you fill in an extra form which you can download below or fill in at the events. This will tell us more information about your child so we can make sure he/she is very happy and comfortable during the events.
